Job Summary

The General Helper (Quality Department) provides support to quality inspectors and the QC team in handling samples, organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness in the inspection area, and assisting with routine quality-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist quality inspectors in collecting and preparing material samples.
• Move products to and from inspection points as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the QC area and laboratory.
• Record basic information or assist with labeling samples.
• Follow instructions from QC staff regarding material handling and preparation.
• Report issues related to quality or safety immediately.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Basic education; experience in industrial environments preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as helper/assistant in factory or QC settings is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments.
• Attention to detail and basic understanding of quality processes preferred.
