General Helper/Laborer

Job Purpose

The General Helper supports daily operations by assisting in routine tasks, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires flexibility, discipline, and a positive attitude to support various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials, products, or equipment as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, including equipment, work areas, and storage spaces.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Support production staff with basic tasks as required.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
• Handle tools, equipment, and supplies carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as instructed.
• Assist in delivering items or transferring goods between departments.
• Report any issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Supervisor immediately.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
