General Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC/AC troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, MEP systems, and general facility upkeep. This role requires hands-on experience, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to handle both major and minor repairs. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/AC systems (split units, package units, etc.). • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, drainage, water supply). • Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance, including lighting, wiring, and distribution boards. • Support and maintain MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. • Handle carpentry, painting, and general building repair tasks. • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. • Perform preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when needed. • Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Qualifications & Skills: • With UAE driver's license • Can join immediately • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, AC Technician, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and MEP systems. • Ability to perform a wide range of repairs with minimal supervision. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy equipment. • Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety protocols. • Diploma or technical certification in maintenance, HVAC, or related field preferred.
