Key responsibilities:
- Operations management: Supervise daily operations, from front-office and housekeeping to food and beverage services.
- Staff management: Hire, train, and manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and resolve staff-related issues.
- Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, set room rates, control expenditures, and oversee the financial performance of the hotel.
- Guest relations: Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and develop strategies to improve the guest experience.
- Sales and marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract customers and improve revenue.
- Property maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
- Compliance: Ensure the hotel complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
