General Manager - Luxury Resort in Morjim

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹90,000 per month

We're seeking an experienced General Manager for our luxury resort in Morjim. As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

- Manage and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and training as needed

- Drive revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene

- Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and business plans

- Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Front Office background

- 2-3 years of experience as Resort Manager or General Manager

- Proven leadership and hospitality expertise

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient in hotel management software and systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
