General Manager - Luxury Boutique Resort in Vagator, North Goa.

Join our team as a General Manager and lead our luxury resort to new heights! We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

- Lead and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and training

- Drive revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene

- Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and business plans

- Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Front Office background

- 1-3 years of experience as Operations Manager, Resort Manager or General Manager

- Proven leadership and hospitality expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
