General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for managing multiple departments, setting short- and long-term goals, and ensuring alignment with company KPIs.Key responsibilities:

• Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple departments and improvement projects, setting both short- and long-term goals aligned with the company's KPIs.
• Developing and executing growth strategies, enhancing business prospects.
• Hiring employees.
• Leading all operations, fostering a motivated culture.
• Optimizing internal processes to boost productivity and daily operations efficiency.
• Generating reports and presentations, evaluating performance and productivity.
• Providing project updates to the CEO about strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Supervising research and building a network of industry contacts.
• Coordinating with Outreach Manager to oversee execution of outreach projects, engaging in strategic planning.
• Implementing new media strategies and digital directives, controlling expenditures.
• Assembling and coordinating creative and practical talents into effective teams.
• Maintaining up-to-date technical skills, resolving production challenges.
• Managing shooting schedules, overseeing projects from production to post-production.
• Ensuring the final production remains within the specified financial limits.
• Collaborating with directors on character and scene discussions.
• Ensuring adherence to financial limits while delivering final productions.
• Securing grants for new projects and developing innovative initiatives.
• Overseeing all operations and projects related with Patakha Pictures and Neela Asmaan Residency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within media, film, or creative industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects.
• Solid background in business strategy, operations, and financial oversight.
• Experience in creative project management, from production planning to post-production.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to balance creative ambitions with organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
