Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven General Manager to lead our Pakistan operations. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activities, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery timelines, and maintaining coordination with the Saudi office.

The GM will serve as a key operational bridge between the delivery team in Pakistan and the strategy & client team in Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across development, design, marketing, and admin functions.
  • Supervise and mentor team leads to ensure productivity, accountability, and project delivery.
  • Conduct weekly operational meetings and performance reviews.
  • Establish and implement company policies, workflows, and reporting structures.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Ensure all projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the Saudi office on client requirements, resource planning, and priorities.
  • Review progress on ongoing projects and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Finance & Administration

  • Oversee local budgeting, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Manage payroll coordination, vendor relations, and office operations.
  • Ensure transparent reporting to the Partner & Strategy Director.

People & Culture

  • Build a strong team culture of accountability, learning, and ownership.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for local teams.
  • Address HR and employee engagement matters professionally.

Strategic Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Pakistan and Saudi offices.
  • Support business development activities by ensuring timely proposal and project support.
  • Participate in quarterly strategic reviews and provide insights for growth planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, general management, or project delivery — preferably within digital agencies, IT, or tech services.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (English essential).
  • Knowledge of modern business tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, Wafeq, etc.).
  • Experience managing remote or cross-border teams is highly preferred.
