General Manager

Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate (Luxury Division)

Role Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the full operational, commercial, and strategic leadership of the company. This role oversees all departments, drives revenue growth, ensures regulatory compliance, and builds a scalable, high-performance real estate operation focused on luxury and investment properties.

The GM is expected to own the business end-to-end and operate with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Leadership

  • Drive overall sales performance and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual growth strategies
  • Identify high-value opportunities (off-plan, bulk deals, investor portfolios)
  • Manage pipeline performance and conversion rates (lead → deal)

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across:
  • Sales team
  • Marketing
  • CRM (Zoho or equivalent)
  • Admin & client services
  • Implement and optimize SOPs and workflows
  • Ensure efficiency, accountability, and structured reporting

3. Team Leadership & Structure

  • Recruit, train, and manage high-performing agents and staff
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline meetings
  • Build a results-driven, investor-focused culture

4. Client & Investor Management

  • Oversee relationships with:
  • High-net-worth investors
  • Developers (Aldar, Emaar, etc.)
  • Strategic partners
  • Ensure premium client experience
  • Support and lead high-value deal closures

5. Marketing & Lead Generation Oversight

  • Supervise digital marketing strategy:
  • Instagram / Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Landing pages & funnels
  • Ensure consistent lead generation flow
  • Align marketing with ROI-driven campaigns

6. Financial & Performance Control

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability
  • Track:
  • Revenue per agent
  • Cost per lead
  • Conversion rates
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

7. Compliance & Legal Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with:
  • DARI / ADGM / local regulations
  • Contracts (SPA, MOU, booking forms)
  • Oversee proper handling of:
  • Client funds
  • Documentation
  • Developer agreements

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years experience in real estate (UAE preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and business management
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Off-plan market
  • Luxury real estate
  • Investor-focused sales
  • Experience managing full company operations
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
