RE/MAX Smart Concept, part of the globally recognized RE/MAX network, is expanding its footprint within Abu Dhabi’s competitive real estate market.

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale a performance-driven sales division focused on the Abu Dhabi market.

This role is designed for a senior professional with strong market knowledge, established investor relationships, and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Extensive experience within the Abu Dhabi real estate market is strongly preferred and will be given priority.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations within Abu Dhabi, implementing structured, data-driven strategies, and driving consistent revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the Abu Dhabi real estate sector, including experience managing investor portfolios, high-net-worth clients, and cross-border transactions.

Candidates without strong leadership experience in Abu Dhabi real estate will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team to achieve defined revenue targets
  • Develop and execute structured sales strategies based on market data and performance metrics
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders
  • Drive both local and international client acquisition strategies
  • Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and economic indicators to optimize pricing and positioning
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Work closely with marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning and market reach

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market, developers, and project landscape
  • Established investor network with active industry relationships
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and international investors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Certifications such as CIPS or CCIM are an added advantage
