Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee regional operations, ensure compliance with company SOPs, enhance business growth, and maintain strong liaison with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth functioning of all departments through monitoring and implementation of SOPs

2. Monitor and implement all procedures given by Head Office

3. Enhance business activity in assigned region

4. Maintain liaison with clients, LEAs and government officials

5. Monitor and facilitate recovery process

6. Ensure timely operational logistics (shipments, fueling, MT)

7. Maintain records of arms, ammunition and company property

8. Ensure timely demand of logistics, equipment and funds

9. Ensure proper utilization of funds

10. Maintain discipline and professional conduct of staff

11. Ensure safe storage of cash and valuables

12. Identify and control risks

13. Conduct staff trainings

14. Meet assigned revenue targets

15. Ensure deployment of security staff

16. Conduct inquiries of incidents

17. Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Minimum 10 years relevant experience in security operations / cash management

Strong leadership, coordination, and operational management skills

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
