General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our company in the UAE. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of business operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that all departments work in harmony to meet corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring the business operates efficiently and meets its financial targets.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, improve profitability, and ensure the long-term success of the company.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business and track progress.
• Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards, including all HR, financial, and operational processes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization’s values and enhances employee engagement and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the growth of key staff members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company’s presence and market share in the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent position.
• Proven track record of success in business operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, business culture, and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
