General Manager -Admin & Security

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and authoritative Admin & Security professional who will be responsible for the seamless functioning of our facility’s infrastructure, fleet, and guest relations, while maintaining a foolproof security apparatus across our manufacturing units and warehouses.

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Excellence:

Facility Management: Oversee housekeeping, canteen operations, and general maintenance of office and factory premises to ensure a world-class working environment.

Fleet & Logistics: Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including fuel monitoring, maintenance, and staff pick-and-drop services.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts for all administrative services (couriers, stationery, maintenance, etc.) to optimize costs.

Public Relations: Act as the primary liaison with government bodies, local authorities (Police, Rangers, Labour Dept.), and external stakeholders.

Strategic Security & Loss Prevention:

Security Protocol: Design and implement a multi-layered security strategy (CCTV, Access Control, Physical Guarding) to protect personnel and property.

Crisis Management: Lead the Emergency Response Team for fire safety, industrial accidents, or labor unrest.

Intelligence & Vigilance: Conduct internal investigations and audits to identify potential security loopholes or unethical practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Retired Armed Forces Personnel are highly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a large-scale manufacturing environment (Textile experience is a significant plus).
• Strong command over labor laws, industrial relations, and security technology.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations.
