About the Opportunity

Planet Scribbles is offering a high-ownership, startup-style leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to take full charge of a fully operational Digital Printing business. This role is ideal for a hands-on business leader who wants to run operations like an entrepreneur while applying structured corporate discipline.

The Digital Printing setup is ready and functional. No further capital investment will be made.

Role Summary

As General Manager, you will act as the business head and working partner, responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence. This is not a salaried position—earnings are directly tied to performance through profit/revenue sharing.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operations

• Lead end-to-end operations of the Digital Printing business
• Own daily production planning, workflow optimization, and delivery timelines
• Ensure quality standards, cost control, and operational efficiency

Team Building & People Management

• Hire, build, and manage the printing production team
• Train operators and staff on machines, quality standards, and productivity
• Set performance expectations and develop a high-efficiency operations team

Sales & Growth

• Drive sales strategy, customer acquisition, and repeat business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to increase capacity utilization and margins

Leadership & Accountability

• Full responsibility for P&L performance
• Act as a Working Partner / Business Head, not a traditional employee

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance and profit-sharing will be evaluated based on measurable KPIs, including but not limited to:

• Monthly & quarterly sales revenue growth
• Net profitability of the Digital Printing business
• Production efficiency & capacity utilization
• Cost control and waste reduction
• On-time delivery rate and quality benchmarks
• Team productivity and stability
• Customer retention and repeat business

Compensation Structure

• No fixed salary
• No car or fuel allowance
• Compensation strictly through profit / revenue sharing from total sales
• Structured as a Working Partner–style leadership role
