We are looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry operations and bring creativity, consistency, and high-quality products to our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative pastry and dessert menus
- Oversee daily production, quality, and presentation standards
- Lead and train the pastry team to ensure smooth operations
- Manage food costs, inventory, and minimize waste
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and brand standards
- Collaborate on seasonal menus, promotions, and special events
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of pastry experience in GCC cafes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Currently available in Qatar
