We are looking for a highly driven and experienced General Manager – Exports to lead and expand our international business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong export management expertise, strategic business development skills, and the willingness to travel abroad as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and establish new markets, and clients internationally.
  • Ensure compliance with all export laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth export operations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Prepare and present export performance reports to top management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in exports, preferably in industrial/manufacturing or battery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the Middle East/Europe/Africa/Asia and other regions abroad.
