General Manager - Youtube

Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Experience: Minimum 6 years in digital media, with at least 2 years in a senior YouTube leadership role. Experience in scaling YouTube channels and driving engagement and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy aligned with the channel's objectives.
• Oversee the content pipeline, including publishing, optimization and scheduling for consistent performance.
• Use data-driven insights to shape content strategy, posting frequency and audience engagement.
• Drive subscriber, viewership and retention growth through continuous performance analysis and optimization. Maximize CPM and RPM through effective content categorization, metadata and playlist optimization.
• Track and analyze KPIs to refine overall strategy.
• Ensure compliance with YouTube policies, copyright laws and community guidelines.
• Implement SEO and discoverability best practices across titles, tags, thumbnails and descriptions.
• Lead and mentor a results-driven team, fostering collaboration and innovation across content, analytics and design functions.
