Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and accomplished General Manager – Finance to lead the company’s financial strategy and operations. The position carries full accountability for financial planning, governance, performance management, and compliance. The incumbent will drive fiscal discipline, optimize resource allocation, and support the Board and Executive Management in strategic decision-making to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on capital structuring, business expansion, and investment decisions.
- Partner with the CEO and senior management in formulating business plans and growth initiatives.
Financial Management & Control
- Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and analysis functions ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Implement strong internal controls and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and corporate policies.
- Manage working capital, liquidity, and treasury operations to maintain financial stability.
- Lead cost optimization programs and ensure effective budgetary discipline across departments.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with tax, audit, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors on statutory matters.
- Oversee preparation and presentation of financial statements, management reports, and board papers.
Risk & Performance Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks across the organization.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance and financial health.
- Conduct financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning for decision support.
Treasury & Investment Oversight
- Manage banking relationships, loan negotiations, and funding arrangements.
- Optimize investment portfolios and capital expenditures to maximize ROI.
- Oversee foreign exchange, hedging, and financial instruments management.
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through financial systems and automation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BS (Accounting & Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 03 years of progressive experience in corporate finance/ senior executive role.
- Expertise: Corporate finance, ERP systems, taxation, audit, and financial governance.
- Competencies: Strategic foresight, leadership presence, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
