About the Role


Lead the development, review, and enhancement of policies, regulations, and operational procedures. Direct strategic planning, performance monitoring, and alignment with organizational priorities.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct policy research, identify regulatory gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage prioritization and approval cycles for policy updates and regulatory changes.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and capability development for teams.
  • Leverage data insights to support decision-making and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Public Policy or in related fields.


Required Skills


  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including strong leadership roles in policy development, regulatory work, or strategic planning.

  • Proven expertise in policy formulation and regulatory governance.
