General Manager Operations

A leading textile manufacturing and export company in Pakistan is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Operations to oversee and lead the complete knitwear garment manufacturing operations. Bangladeshi national candidates are also eligible to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete knitwear garment manufacturing operations from planning to shipment.

• Manage production planning, capacity utilization, and ontime delivery/Shipment

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Monitor production costs and implement cost control measures.

• Coordinate with merchandising, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.

• Lead and develop production staff, supervisors, and department heads.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and factory regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in knitwear garment manufacturing, with 5+ years in a senior management role.

• Strong leadership, production planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of international buyer requirements and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
