This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, Procurement based in Hyderabad. The General Manager of Procurement will oversee and manage the procurement process, including evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely availability of materials. This role will involve developing and managing supply chain strategies, streamlining materials management processes, and ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support overall business operations.
Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes
Experience in Projects - Civil, Structures, Finishing and Hospitality Industry is mandatory
Strong skills in Contract Management and vendor negotiations
Proven ability to analyze and optimize procurement strategies to enhance efficiency
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder relationship management skills
Knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus
