We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Real Estate to lead business operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to scale business through strategic planning and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall real estate operations including sales, leasing, and business development
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and broker networks
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Identify new business opportunities in off-plan and secondary markets
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
- Oversee marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns
- Prepare reports and present performance insights to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within real estate (UAE market preferred)
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate (off-plan & secondary market)
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage large teams
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong network within developers and brokerage community
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus)
