Role Review:
The General Manager will lead and manage the overall business operations across the Tamil Nadu, including Supriya Business and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role carries Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and is accountable for driving share of segment, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all business verticals – New Equipment (NE), Modernization (MOD), and Service.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

Own and manage the P&L for Tamil Nadu territory ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. This position will also be responsible for Supriya business in the country.

Develop and execute business strategies aligned with regional and India goals.

Drive share of segment, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all business segments.

Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Sales & Business Development

Oversee sales strategy and execution for NE, MOD, and Service.

Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, developers, and government bodies.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Monitor sales performance, KPI’s and lead sales team to achieve targets.
Operations & Execution Excellence:

Ensure timely and quality execution of installation and service operations.

Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and digital tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams Factory, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Legal for enhancing operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Customer Experience & Retention:

Champion customer satisfaction and loyalty across the territory

Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence.

Promote safety and Ethics awareness through regular programs and site audits.
People Leadership & Talent Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team across Sales, Installation, and Service.

Key Requirements:

18+ years of experience in Sales & Operations, preferably in elevator industry

Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering P&L results.
