Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify and acquire new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Prepare quotes and pricing proposals for clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly
• Represent the company at industry events to network with potential clients and industry stakeholders

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or management, master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
• Minimum 5-8years of professional and sales experience in the field of general freight, freight forwarding business
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
• Good written and spoken English as well as MS Office skills
