We are seeking a visionary General Manager of Stitching to lead our production facility. He will be responsible for transitioning our current workflows into a highly automated, lean, and cost-efficient ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

· Process Automation: Identify and implement automated stitching technologies to reduce manual dependency.

· Lean Transformation: Design and execute a Lean Manufacturing roadmap. Minimize waste, optimize "Work in Process" (WIP).

· Cost Optimization: Drive down the Cost per Minute (CPM) through efficiency gains without compromising the quality.

· Workflow Engineering: Re-engineer line layouts to ensure a seamless flow from cutting to packing.

· Strategic Leadership: Manage a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and high accountability.

Requirements:

Experience: 15+ years in high-volume textile manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior

leadership role at a renowned textile house.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern garment construction, machinery automation, and IE (Industrial Engineering) principles.

The "Lean" Mindset: Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean/Six Sigma

projects that resulted in measurable ROI.

Academic Background: Degree in Textile Engineering.
