Sr. Manager HR

Role Overview:

This position manages the rights & obligations of employees & helps them meet the goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing & implementing HR policies and procedures.

Creating strategic HR plans.

Administering compensation & benefits programs.

Acting as a liaison between upper management & employees.

Supporting the performance review process.

Resolving conflict among employees.

Ensuring compliance with local, state & federal employment laws.

Forecasting future staffing needs.

Requirements:

Master / Bachelor in HR or equivalent with 10-12 years of relevant experience. Sound understanding of HR operations & development in a large-scale organization.
