We are looking for a detail-oriented "HR Officer" to manage HR operations and support functions accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions records
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and calculations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
