Head of Human Resources

About the Role

This is not a routine HR position. This is a leadership mandate.

Latest Bedding is seeking a senior HR leader to build, lead and scale our people organization. You will own the HR function end-to-end, build high-performing teams and implement professional systems that support a fast growing multinational company.

You will work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping our culture, driving performance and developing leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR function and team
• Build and execute a high impact recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
• Design and implement onboarding, training and retention programs
• Drive performance management, accountability and leadership development
• Strengthen company culture and employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with international standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Partner directly with international senior management on strategy and execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Proven track record of building and leading strong teams
• Experience in manufacturing or export-driven industries preferred
• Strong expertise in recruitment, organizational development, and people leadership
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
• Experience working with international leadership teams
• High integrity, strong discipline, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Faisalabad Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
