Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll and attendance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, controls, and full compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Oversee HR operations across the employee life cycle and maintain accurate HRIS / personnel records.
- Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations, and prepare payroll analytics, reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll system integration
- Lead and mentor the payroll & HR operations team, driving efficiency, data integrity, and continuous process improvement.
- Administration of welfare schemes and insurance, ensuring timely and transparent processing.
- Prepare and present payroll/HR operations reports and analytics to support management decision-making and internal/external audits.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR with 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations Management
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP, Timetrax or any other payroll processing software
- Proven track record of managing high-volume payroll and HR transactional activities
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
