Operations Manager Assistant

Overview

Next Consultancy is a study abroad advisory based in the UK. We are looking to hire Operations Manager and Finance assistant to oversee our finance matters and assist in all operational matters of the office

Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations

  • Oversee and assist in the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Handle escalated admissions inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Implement best practices to enhance student assessment, application success rates, and lead conversion.
  • Identify and remove any barriers in the lead generation and admissions handling process.
  • Ensure office decorum, system efficiency, and adherence to operational protocols.

2. Administrative Support

  • Manage Administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and maintaining branch documentation
  • Assist in executing partnership deals and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions.

3. Finance Support

  • Collecting, entering and reviewing financial information
  • Liaison and negotiate customers and vendors for accounts receivable and accounts payables
  • Document all financial transactions accurately along with relevant paperwork
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required, and experience in international education is preferred.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
  • Negotiation and Communication skills in financial reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • management: 1 year (Preferred)
