Job Description
1, Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Faisalabad Hub, ensuring smooth logistics and customer service.
2、Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
3、Lead and motivate a team of Hub staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management to drive productivity.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and customer service, to align on goals and address any operational issues.
5、Maintain strong relationships with the partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into the Alibaba International network.
6、Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
7、Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Position Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
3、Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
4、Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer service best practices.
5、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
6、Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven insights.
7、Fluent in English and Urdu, with the ability to communicate effectively
