What You’ll Do:

As our General Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales department. You’ll be responsible for coaching, inspiring, and leading a talented team of sales professionals to meet and exceed performance goals – all while delivering an unmatched guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales team – new and pre-owned
  • Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for volume, gross, and F&I
  • Ensure high performance through daily training, coaching, and accountability
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in professionalism, enthusiasm, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong digital presence and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with leadership on purchasing and pricing strategies
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and guest-first thinking
  • Collaborate with fixed operations, finance, and ownership to achieve store-wide success

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience (GSM or Sales Manager role preferred)
  • A proven track record of growing sales volume, profitability, and team performance
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital retailing, and modern sales processes
  • Energetic, hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires others
  • Committed to building long-term relationships with guests, team members, and the community
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
