Designation : Clinical Assistant
Department : Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary surgery

Responsible for assisting the surgical team with pre-operative and post-operative care for HPB cases. Duties include patient preparation, monitoring vitals, assisting during recovery, maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating with nurses and doctors, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols. Focus is limited to OT-related pre and post care only.

Role & responsibilities :

• Support consultants during pre-operative, post-operative care

• Conduct patient assessments, daily rounds, and clinical documentation

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the consultant

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of medical records

• Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines

Preferred candidate profile :

• MBBS with completion of MS/DNB (General Surgery) or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience or exposure in HPB Surgery will be an added advantage

• Strong clinical knowledge with good patient management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

• Willingness to handle emergency duties and rotational shifts

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient safety

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
