General Technician

Technical Maintenance & Operations

• Perform general maintenance works, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and minor civil works.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues in the Office and Villa.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend asset lifespan.
• Diagnose faults, repair defects, and replace faulty components efficiently.
• Ensure all technical systems are always operating safely and optimally.

Facility & Asset Care

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Carry out routine inspections to identify potential risks or maintenance needs.
• Ensure furniture, fixtures, lighting, appliances, and equipment are well-maintained.
• Support external contractors during specialized maintenance works when required.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow approved Health & Safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and without disruption to operations.
• Properly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report safety hazards, incidents, or major defects immediately.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Office representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, spare parts used, and pending issues.
• Provide timely updates on maintenance status and recurring technical problems.

Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

• Maintain strict confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the Office and Villa.
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect at all times.
• Represent the Maintenance Department positively through behavior and workmanship.

Health, Safety, & Environment:

· Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.

· Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical Diploma or Certificate in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a General Technician or Maintenance Technician.

Experience in villas, executive offices, hotels, or high-standard facilities is preferred
Special Requirement:
A valid driver licence

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
