German Recruiter Specialist

A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing job applicants, and matching candidates to suitable positions. Their duties include handling compensation and benefits, employee training, and employee relations. They work with department managers to find the best employees for an organization, evaluate candidates, and build a network of potential employees. Other responsibilities include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, and conducting interviews. They also serve as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers, coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.

Job Requirments:

• German language level C1
• 1-2 years of experience in the same role
• Age range starting from 18 years
• Specialized Local Sourcing: The recruiter must be an expert in sourcing German-speaking talent
• Compensation & Market Expertise: They must have deep knowledge of the competitive landscape for German-speaking talent in the market
• Proven experience with high-volume recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles is essential, as this is a core function of a call center recruiter.
