Their duties include handling compensation and benefits, employee training, and employee relations. They work with department managers to find the best employees for an organization, evaluate candidates, and build a network of potential employees. Other responsibilities include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, and conducting interviews. They also serve as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers, coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
