Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional fluent in German to join our Accounting and Bookkeeping team. The role involves managing accounting processes, reviewing client records, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for international clients, particularly those based in German-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping:

· Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals for assigned clients.

· Process accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank and vendor statements.

· Prepare trial balances, management reports, and financial summaries as required.

· Review client books for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

· Liaise with clients and internal teams to clarify accounting entries and resolve discrepancies.

· Support in preparing documentation for audits and statutory filings.

Communication:

· Interpret and review financial documentation received in German.

· Communicate with German-speaking clients or auditors for clarifications (written and verbal communication preferred).

Qualifications:

· German Language Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing German; conversational ability is a strong plus but not mandatory.

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software; good Excel skills.

· Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
