Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Glass Products Coordinator to oversee product operations, manage client relations, and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations related to glass product supply and distribution.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse documentation.
• Prepare product specifications, quotations, and performance reports.
• Support sales and procurement teams with accurate product information.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industry standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in organizing logistics, shipments, and project schedules.
• Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product coordination, logistics, or supply chain management (glass or construction industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of glass products, industry standards, and distribution processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
