Position Overview
We are seeking a Glass Products Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations related to glass product distribution and client services. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The Glass Products Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Cristales Oriente LLC’s reputation for excellence in glass manufacturing and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate glass product orders, inventory, and distribution activities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Maintain accurate records of product specifications, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Support procurement, logistics, and resource allocation initiatives.
• Prepare reports on product performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing site inspections, quality checks, and operational reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industrial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, logistics, or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of glass products, manufacturing processes, and distribution workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
