Glass Tubing Division – Director Assistant

About the Role:
MYMSA for Agencies and Trade is seeking a highly organized and proactive Director Assistant to support the Glass Tubing Division Director. The role involves close coordination with our international supplier (SCHOTT Glass) and internal departments to ensure efficient operations and high service standards for clients in the medical field.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative and executive support to the Division Director.
Coordinate and follow up with SCHOTT Glass and other external partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain accurate records, documents, and confidential files.
Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
Handle day-to-day administrative and executive tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive/administrative assistant or similar role.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs & Outlook.
