Summary

The PR & Influencer Relations Assistant Manager will support the development and execution of strategic PR and influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth for KAYALI on a global scale. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for beauty and fragrance, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of global PR and influencer strategies aligned with KAYALI’s marketing calendar and brand objectives
• Contribute to achieving strong global Earned Media Value (EMV) across influencer and media channels
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support KAYALI’s presence and innovation in the beauty and fragrance industry
• Support the growth and maintenance of KAYALI’s influencer database, identifying new talent and nurturing relationships with content creators
• Help execute influencer campaigns and partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Track and analyze influencer performance to inform campaign adjustments and improve ROI
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts in the beauty and lifestyle space
• Support the development of press materials including product information, press releases, and brand storytelling content
• Coordinate efforts to secure media coverage including features, interviews, and brand stories
• Help organize and execute PR and influencer events, both online and in person, to support launches and brand moments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of events and campaigns
• Use analytic tools to monitor and report on campaign performance
• Prepare campaign reports with insights and recommendations to inform future strategies
• Work with freelancers and external partners as needed, promoting a collaborative and creative working environment
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and best practice sharing
• Support with influencer and VIP gifting
• Work closely with our product development team as well as suppliers to develop merchandise for our PR packages
• Assist with influencer outreach
• Support with inquiries and requests received through our inbox
• Work closely with our regional market teams to support with influencer activations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in PR or influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty or fragrance industry
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting
• Passionate about the beauty and fragrance industry, with a good understanding of key trends and voices
• Experience with influencer marketing and PR tools (e.g., Brand Watch, Tribe Dynamics, Cision)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Creative and proactive approach to problem solving and ideation
