Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals with deep expertise in global business setup, market entry advisory, and client acquisition. This role focuses on identifying companies, entrepreneurs, and institutions seeking to expand into new international markets—not limited to the UAE but globally.
This is more than traditional business setup: you will take a holistic advisory approach, understanding client needs and positioning Enabler-S’s full suite of services to support their international growth journey. Leveraging services spanning finance, legal, tax, trade, real estate, technology, and more, you will deliver seamless, one-stop solutions that differentiate us from traditional consultancy.
You will play a key role in originating clients, advising on market entry strategies, and driving multi-service engagement across the Enabler-S platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and onboard clients seeking international business setup, market entry, and global expansion by conducting in-depth requirement analysis, including business activity (trading, services, technology, manufacturing, etc.), target markets, ownership structure, scale of operations, and regulatory considerations (finance, crypto, healthcare, etc.).
· Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on optimal jurisdiction selection (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), business activities and licensing structures, corporate structuring, and incorporation processes (including name reservation and documentation).
· Manage end-to-end company formation, licensing, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams (finance, legal, tax, advisory, and execution) to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
· Assist clients with operational setup, including banking, visas, office/workspace solutions, and broader infrastructure across finance, legal, tax, trade, real estate, and technology.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth processing and strategic positioning.
· Advise clients on expansion strategy, operational structuring, and long-term growth planning, positioning Enabler-S as a strategic partner rather than just a service provider.
· Support clients in addressing financial requirements, including banking, funding, and capital structuring, in coordination with internal advisory teams.
· Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships, leveraging cross-functional capabilities and delivering continuous value across multiple service lines.
· Cross-sell Enabler-S services, including real estate, trade advisory, finance, legal, compliance, technology, and branding solutions.
Ideal Candidate
· 10+ years in business setup, corporate services, international expansion, or advisory roles.
· Proven experience in global company formation and market entry advisory, including generating leads independently and closing deals (REQUIRED).
· Strong commercial mindset with the ability to sell integrated advisory services.
· Knowledge of multiple jurisdictions (UAE, UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, etc.) and experience with free zones, mainland, and offshore structures.
· Strong client management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results.
· Based in any global market.
