Salary: $1,000 - $2,000 USD per month

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, including corporate employers, educational institutions, and other strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their talent and development needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Qureos's AI-powered platform, mentorship programmes, and project-based learning solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure business development strategies are aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent Qureos at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or partnerships role, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or HR/EdTech industry.
  • A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior-level executives.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and create effective growth strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools is highly desirable.
