Role description:

The Global Coordinator, Marketing Projects will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations with the coordination of processes and tools that facilitate the work of the wider global Marketing function. He or she is also expected to help coordinate and execute project-based activities with connection to Marketing, liaising with other functions and stakeholders across the organization as needed. More specifically, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining agreed upon processes and workflows in the company’s CRM system, assisting the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations with lead qualification, monitoring and nurturing activities.
  • Coordinating a continuous feedback loop with our Sales departments, assisting with the production of reports on prospect activity and interaction.
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns, working in close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations as well as other members of the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinating Accedo’s participation in large industry trade shows and events, especially with regards to logistics, administration, documentation, and pre-show Sales enablement and support.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and communication across the wider global Marketing team as well as with other parts of the organization, following processes for better collaboration and learning on a global level.
  • Coordinating special events and projects on behalf of the Marketing function, liaising with other functions and internal/external stakeholders as needed.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance by managing data entry across spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM systems to ensure accurate and actionable insights.

Desired experience and skills

  • 1-2 years experience working in Marketing, ideally for an organization in a technology-driven industry.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to get complex messages across in a clear and engaging way.
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized, even during periods of high pressure.
  • Knowledge of Excel and data management.
  • Experience working in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Engagement, or comparable Marketing automation platforms is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is desirable but not essential.
