Global Education Manager

We are currently looking for Global Education Manager to join our team.

Your Mission

The Global Education Manager is responsible for defining, leading, and deploying the global education strategy across all regions and distribution channels for Amouage.

This role plays a critical part in elevating brand excellence, retail performance, and client experience through the design and implementation of world class training programmes. Acting as a strategic bridge between brand vision and in market execution, the Global Education Manager ensures that all learning initiatives are aligned with the House's positioning, storytelling, and service standards.

The role oversees the development of Amouage Advocacy, drives consistency across markets while adapting to local specificities, and ensures that training is not only informative but transformational, enabling teams to deliver an elevated and emotionally resonant client experience.

Your Impact
  • Define and lead the global education strategy in alignment with brand positioning, go to market priorities, and client experience standards
  • Ensure full integration between training initiatives and go to market execution across all launches and activations
  • Drive the global vision and evolution of Amouage Advocacy eco system as the core learning platform
  • Ensure consistency of training standards across regions while allowing for local adaptation
  • Oversee the preparation, delivery, and follow up of all global training initiatives
  • Deliver key strategic trainings, including global launches, seminars, and flagship activations
  • Implement field coaching programmes to elevate performance in key markets and boutiques
  • Collaborate with Market Excellence, Hospitality and Retail teams to ensure training translates into measurable performance uplift
  • Lead the creation of high impact training content across physical and digital platforms
  • Ensure excellence in brand storytelling, product knowledge, and luxury service
  • Develop onboarding programmes for new joiners and support boutique openings
  • Continuously evolve training formats to ensure engagement, relevance, and innovation
  • Define and track KPIs related to training effectiveness, engagement, and retail performance
  • Analyse feedback and market insights to refine programmes and identify opportunities
  • Act as the global reference point for education across all regions and partners
  • Support and guide regional trainers, fostering best practices and capability building.

We foresee the incumbent of this role to grow in this opportunity together with AMOUAGE.

Your Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Retail Education, Training, or Learning and Development within the luxury industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying global training strategies.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and fragrance industry.
  • Experience working across international markets and diverse distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e learning tools.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
