As part of this transformation, we are seeking an accomplished
Human Resources Director
to lead the group’s entire HR and administrative function. This executive role will play a fundamental part in shaping the organizational culture, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable growth through best-in-class people and administrative practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term HR strategy aligned with AYD’s corporate objectives and global expansion plans.

Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management for a diverse team of 5,000+ employees.

Oversee senior-level recruitment, executive succession planning, and strategic talent acquisition programs.

Establish advanced frameworks for performance management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and leadership development.

Champion a high-performance, accountable, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture.

Ensure adherence to labor legislation, HR governance standards, and internal policy compliance.

Utilize HR analytics and data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational efficiency and workforce optimization.
Administrative Affairs Oversight

Provide strategic direction for administrative departments, including facilities management, office operations, corporate services, and select procurement activities.

Develop policies that ensure operational excellence, scalability, and cost effectiveness for a rapidly growing organization.

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures within HR and administrative divisions.

Lead digitalization initiatives to streamline HR and administrative workflows.

Manage corporate communication programs, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives that reinforce AYD’s cultural values.
Executive Leadership & Organizational Transformation

Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working directly with the CEO and Board to implement corporate strategy.

Lead large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, including change management programs that support innovation and growth.

Build strong, trust-based partnerships with department heads to ensure HR strategies effectively support business needs.

Coach, mentor, and develop HR and administrative teams to cultivate a future-ready, high-performance organization.
Qualifications & Competencies

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or executive-level HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly preferred.

Experience:
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior executive roles in large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees).

Leadership:
Strong executive presence, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence C-level decision-making.

Strategic Capability:
Proven track record in driving HR strategy, organizational transformation, and corporate governance.

People Skills:
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Skilled in budgeting, HR analytics, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
