HR Director"
who will play a strategic and operational leadership role across
Human Resources, Quality Management, and Administrative Affairs
, while driving a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Management principles.
Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field;

Proven leadership experience in HR management roles within factories, plants, or large-scale operations;

Qualifications in Human Resources, Quality, Administration, Business, Organisational Development, or a related discipline, or substantial equivalent experience;
-
Senior HR leadership experience in a large, complex, fast-paced organisation, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively;

Strong knowledge of labor law, HR systems, and industrial relations;

Proven success partnering with executives to align HR initiatives with business goals and navigating complex, cross-regional stakeholder landscapes;
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with business and operational goals;

Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and Employee Engagement;

Drive HR excellence in an industrial environment with quality standards;

Develop and implement workplace safety, ergonomics, and compliance practices in partnership with HSE/Operations teams;

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO/GM and plant leadership teams, providing guidance on workforce strategy and organizational priorities;

Oversee the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirement;

Build strong HR policies, SOPs, and competency frameworks supporting a high-performance industrial culture;

Drive organizational development, capability building, and succession planning across white- and blue-collar workforce.
