Reporting directly to the HR Manager - Turkey, you will act as a strategic and trusted partner to plant leadership, ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational objectives. Your expertise will cover the full spectrum of HR, including:

  • Employee onboarding, engagement, and relations
  • Reward and recognition programs
  • Talent management and development initiatives
  • Workforce planning and performance management
  • Organizational design and change management
  • Legal process management
  • Business Partnering to leadership team
  • Employee communication

How you will do it

  • Partnering with managers to strengthen talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and HR policies
  • Managing HR records, Workday queries, and reporting processes
  • Facilitating training programs and career development opportunities

You are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a positive demeanor that will help elevate HR excellence across the plant.


What we look for

Required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles, with proven expertise in business partnering, workforce planning, performance management, pay review, talent management and development, and employee relations & engagement within a manufacturing organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation
  • Ability to generate statistical analyses and HR reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English
