As UGR we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a global perspective and strong strategic HR management skills to support our international operations across Türkiye, Europe, UAE and China. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.

Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement.

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.

Drive HR initiatives that support growth and cultural integration across international operations.

Design and manage performance evaluation systems aligned with global standards.

Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures across regions.

Implement learning and development programs to enhance leadership and technical capabilities.

Develop projects to improve employee engagement, motivation and retention.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations and internal policies in all operating countries.

Manage HR audits and mitigate legal risks.

Collaborate with regional HR teams to standardize processes while respecting local regulations.

Oversee and optimize HR ERP systems to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and seamless integration across global operations.

Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and productivity.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 10 -15 years of HR management experience in maritime, international logistics or similar global operations companies with at least 5+ years in a managerial role.

Experience in multinational environments and international team collaboration, demonstrating strong coordination, communication and leadership skills.

Analytical, solution-oriented, and strategic thinker.

Excellent command of English, with the ability to confidently lead and facilitate global meetings and cross-border communications.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir.
