We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources team in the Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus region.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, data management, and recruitment processes while contributing to our team's operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll and Data Management

Support the HR team in auditing and organizing personnel and payroll documents

Assist with employee data entry for new hires, changes, and terminations

Help maintain the Personnel Management System by ensuring employee records (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.) are up to date

Assist in preparing and filing correspondence with the Social Security Institution (e.g., registrations, reports)

Support management in collecting data for bonus and incentive programs
-
Assist in processing and reconciling Time & Attendance data

Prepare basic ad-hoc reports under supervision

Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and files
Administration

Support the update and organization of HR policies and procedures
-
Assist in preparing and maintaining employee files and documentation
-
Help with employee engagement activities and surveys
-
Support HR reporting and documentation tasks
Health and Safety
-
Assist in coordinating with external providers on health and safety documentation
-
Help organize safety trainings and awareness activities
-
Support in maintaining records related to employee health and safety compliance
Support for Recruitment Process

Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates via databases and social platforms
-
Support in preparing job postings and coordinating with universities or job boards
-
Help with CV screening and scheduling interviews

Participate in recruitment events and provide logistical support

Prepare and update recruitment reports as required
Requirements

Bachelor's degree student or new graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields)

Excellent written and spoken English
