We are Plan-S, Türkiye’s largest private initiative in satellite and space technologies, launched from Ankara, aimed at the stars. With a bold vision and an orbital mindset, we’re not just building satellites, we’re building the future!

From our mission control at the heart of R&D, we design and develop everything in-house: cutting-edge platforms for IoT connectivity, powerful Earth Observation constellations, and end-to-end Space as a Solution. All powered by our fleet of small satellites orbiting in Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

With 17 satellites already launched and systems running in space, our journey has only just begun. By 2030, our mission is clear: to deploy a vast constellation of hundreds of satellites, forming the digital infrastructure of tomorrow’s Earth.

Let’s plan the future of Earth, together, from space.

  • Build partnerships with telecom operators, satellite operators, system integrators, and value added partners in target markets,
  • Coordinate licensing, landing rights, and regulatory processes in collaboration with local partners and Plan-S’ internal regulatory experts,
  • Develop country-specific market strategies, business models, and pricing approaches,
  • Present the public value of Plan-S services (coverage expansion, disaster management, rural development, data localization, etc.) to government authorities,
  • Co-develop and commercialize satellite-IoT solutions with partners in vertical industries (energy, agriculture, logistics, government, maritime),
  • Monitor global trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to contribute to Plan-S’ international growth strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, or international business development,
  • Proven expertise in operator partnerships, MVNO/MNO business models, satcom, or similar domains,
  • Knowledge of landing rights, licensing, lawful intercept, data localization, and regulatory frameworks,
  • Strong track record in identifying partners, developing joint ventures, and building scalable business models,
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills,
  • Very good English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking,
  • High flexibility for international travel.
